We would appreciate if your message includes some information about your complaint that will assist us to respond, including:
- The organisation you are from (if applicable)
- The language you use
- Whether you have raised this issue with us before
- If you have then please include who you spoke to and why you are still dissatisfied
- What would you like to see happen as a result of this complaint?

Complaints are treated confidentially and your privacy will be protected. You do not have to give us your name and address but if you do we will be able to contact you for additional information and also let you know what we are going to do to try to resolve your complaint.
If you have provided your contact details, we will respond to you within seven (7) working days to confirm that we have received your complaint and let you know what we intend to do to try to resolve it. We will try to resolve your complaint within 28 working days but if this is not possible because your complaint is complicated, we will contact you within 28 working days and let you know what is happening.
