We are seeking someone who is passionate and highly motivated to innovatively manage and oversee the delivery of culturally appropriate case management services.

About you

  1. A passion for Multicultural Australia’s mission of creating a welcoming and inclusive Queensland, and a desire to make a difference;
  2. Possession of tertiary qualifications in the field of Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Human Services. Other relevant qualifications (including overseas qualifications) or experience may be recognised;
  3. Proven ability to lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team within an energetic environment and achieve program milestones and service deliverables;
  4. Commitment to provide practice development mentoring to case managers, and support to navigate complex and critical client-related incidents;
  5. Creative leadership approaches in supporting your team to balance quality client-centered support with program specifications; Strategic and effective collaboration skills to work with different teams to identify service quality gaps and opportunities for improvement;
  6. Dynamic relationship-building skills and ability to confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders
