Come and celebrate our diversity and welcome all new Queenslanders at the LUMINOUS Lantern Parade!

 

 

Now in its 14th year, the annual LUMINOUS Lantern Parade is held in the week of Queensland Day, celebrating the State's culture, heritage, people, places and industry.
Join us for this very special celebration of welcome.
This is a free, family friendly event. Please RSVP using the form on this page.
Please note this RSVP is to be a spectator at the LUMINOUS Lantern Parade and the FREE World Music Concert.  If you have a business or community group that would like to walk in the parade, please register your interest by emailing [email protected].

PROGRAM
Parade departs from Little Stanley Street, South Bank at 6.00pm
World Music Concert in the South Bank Piazza at 7.00pm
