Graduate Case Manager or Case Manager opportunities

Our settlement programs aim to create opportunities, develop skills and knowledge of newly arrived humanitarian entrants by providing culturally competent case management services. To help us to continue to do that, we need a few more dynamic Case Managers or Graduate Managers within our settlement team in Toowoomba.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and committed to providing high quality settlement support to newly arrived humanitarian entrants. Someone who has well developed skills in building purposeful relationships with clients to support them achieve their settlement goals and minimise re-traumatisation throughout the settlement process. This role will be providing culturally competent case management and coordination including the ability to complete comprehensive psychosocial needs assessments.
