Culture of Connection | Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month
27 May 2020 | News
Multicultural communities have led a strong response to COVID-19, ensuring information, services and support are accessible for our diverse Australian communities.
In particular, they have been working with agencies to build the skills and resources in community to enable people to better manage conflict and prevent family violence.
In the height of COVD-19, they came together to share messages of peace and hope as part of Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month.
Culture of Connection invites communities and organisations across Australia to record and share with us your unique experiences, your stories, your creativity and your messages of hope and resilience through these extraordinary circumstances.
In turn, we'll share them with our community of 40,000 people across social media and e-news.
Your story might just be the one that gets someone else through this time.
Read our guide for ideas to share and how to submit your story.
