Community Information Sessions: Looking after yourself and your loved ones’ wellbeing

In this session, QPASTT will provide information to look after yourself and your loved ones' wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic:

  • Behavioural changes to expect
  • Tips on how to respond
  • Potential trauma triggers
  • How to look after yourself

This session includes time for questions and answers and you may submit questions before each session (after registering), and in each session we will aim to answer as many questions as possible.
