Adriana's Message

I think my story is one of believing that life puts you exactly where you need to be.

I've been in Australia for five years now.

Initially, I came here for a period of six months. It's now been almost five years and I'm still here in Australia. I'm loving it.

The most important thing in my life is my family.

I am most proud of the person that I am today because it's a reflection of the beautiful family that I grew up in.

They raised me to have a kind heart but also a strong will.

I have been able to demonstrate to myself that I can achieve many things.  That has made me feel more powerful.  Because I now know that I don't give up that easily.

I hope in the future that we all can learn to love and care for each other.

My message for International Women's Day is...

My message might sound cheesy, but it is "you can do it."

Whatever it is that you set your mind to, you will achieve it.

You have the power.
